Godswill Akpabio lost his Senate seat in last weeks presidential and parliamentary elections. The uncommon defeat did not sit well with the Former minority leader who sort judicial help. He got his wish, a court judgment some have described as strange.

Six days after announcing results of the elections, INEC is still authenticating the figures it used in determining who won the election.

Meanwhile, Senator Kabiru Gaya (Kano – APC) has said that the Senate will probe into the what lead INEC to postpone the February 16th polls.
